Ingredients:
250 grams boneless meat
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon chili powder
3 onions
1 cucumber
2 tomatoes
1 carrot
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons fish sauce
2 green chilies
Method:
First, wash the meat pieces well and cut them into long strips. Now season them well with salt and chili powder. Melt the butter in a pan over low heat and stir with the meat for a few minutes. Cook lightly, remove the pan and let the meat cool. Now chop the cucumber, tomato, carrot and chili. Cut the onions into rings. When the meat is cool, mix everything together with the lemon juice and fish sauce.
